ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States only. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. NEVORO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control, though we will always help you track and resolve any shipping issue.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
